One way that I care for my heart and soul, in the midst of our collective struggles, is to spend time outside being quiet and receptive with Earth.
Through this practice I have found solace and also wild surprise on a daily basis.
I am a mother, artist, photographer, dancer, writer, healer, teacher, facilitator, somatic arts therapist, consultant, and educator. My pronouns are she/her/they. I am a Queer white bodied gender supple female with Unilateral Profound Deafness. A witchy poetic magic lover. A lover of Earth and Sky.
I live on the traditional territory and homelands of the Coast Salish and Kwakwaka'wakw First Nations, specifically, on the Qualicum Nation and Snaw-naw-as Ancestral, Traditional, unceded lands.
I am tending regeneration of creative, kind, wise relations with one another and this precious, dynamic ecosystem - Beloved Earth, of whom we are one small part with an outsized impact.
